Overview
Keep your team in the loop without checking the Thinkific admin all day.
The Slack app posts real-time Thinkific activity to one public Slack channel you choose. Connect your site and workspace, pick a channel, and turn notifications on or off per event. Messages use Slack Block Kit so orders, signups, and completions are easy to scan. There is no historical backfill — notifications start from the next event after you save.
What you can notify on:
- New order — Product name, order details, buyer, and amount when a student purchases (including 100% off coupon orders)
- New user — Name, email, and user id when someone creates an account
- Course completed — Course name and learner; includes a certificate link when Thinkific provides one
- New lead — Lead name, email, opt-in, and source when present
- Enrollment progress (optional, off by default) — Course progress updates; can be high-volume
