Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) is an all-in-one CRM, sales, & marketing automation software program that organizes your customer information & daily work in one place, freeing you up from repetitive tasks. It is really the all-in-one solution for small businesses looking to better manage their contacts and marketing efforts.
Once your account is connected, any new users who sign up for your Thinkific site will automatically be added as contacts in Keap. Once contacts have been created you can then automatically tag contacts based on Thinkific events. You can even accept payment for your course through Keap and students can update their billing details directly within Thinkific.
Our Keap app includes the following functionality:
- Create and tag contacts in Keap based on events that happen on Thinkific - For example, when somebody signs up for your course you can tag them in Infusionsoft, adding them to your mailing list for the course.
- Take payment for your courses on Keap - If you want to use Infusionsoft's checkout process, you can! Our app will allow you to take payments in Infusionsoft and automatically set students up with access to courses and bundles on Thinkific.
